What's an Advisory Committee?

The Mission of the Advisory Committee:
•    To communicate and resolve subdivision issues, problems, and concerns with the LCG HOA Board and the property management company until transition of the LCG subdivision to the residents.  
•    Build an infrastructure that keeps the Committee united as we move towards the day when the HOA is turned over to the residents.
•    To ensure the committee, sub-committees, and coordinators, plan events, forums, and activities that will benefit, and educate the residents.
•    Build a communications network to receive and disseminate information
and to dialogue with Residents, Fieldstone (property Management Company) and the HOA Board.
•    Resolve issues and problems in a timely manner.

The Goals are:
•    The President of the Advisory Committee will interact with the Property Management Company regarding property management matters. Any matter involving the Board, will be relayed to the Resident Board Member to be submitted and solved by the entire board. If the Resident Board Member is not available, the President of the AC will act in the Resident Board Member’s behalf.

The Objectives are:
•    Develop and train leaders in the subdivision and get more residents to volunteer.
•    To keep abreast of happenings in the larger community, i.e., future of South Fulton County.
•    Ensure accountability of vital information to residents.
•    In an effort for everyone to follow protocol, all Committee Chairs, Co-Chairs and coordinators will interact with the President to resolve issues. Residents will submit their issues to the website for resolution.  The AC will resolve all issues either directly or via the website.
