The mission of the Committee:
The Lakes of Cedar Grove (LCG) Clubhouse Committee (CC) is to maintain and monitor the clubhouse so that the residents of the Lakes at Cedar Grove can benefit from events, activities, and forums throughout the year, hosted and sponsored by various committees, coordinators, property management, Home Owner Association (HOA) board, and rented by residents.

The Goals are:
•    To respond to requests for use of clubhouse in an expeditious and professional manner via email or telephone.
•    Make sure that contracts for rental are expedited for each rental, and residents fully understand the contract guidelines.
•    Follow all of the policies and procedures approved by the Advisory Committee (AC) for operating the Clubhouse.
•    Ensure that there is no conflict in event scheduling.

The Objectives are:
•    To ensure that residents benefit from use of the clubhouse.
•    Monitor and track use, upkeep, and maintenance of the clubhouse.
Clubhouse availability for a reservation is dependent upon community activities and scheduled events. In order to reserve the clubhouse you must be a homeowner of The LCG community and current with all HOA fees.. The Committee and Board reserve the right to decline the use of the clubhouse at their discretion. Reservations are handled by the Clubhouse Reservations Committee and made in the order in which they are received and should be made no less than two weeks in advance. During the peak season month’s reservations should be made no less than one month in advance.

Rental Fees Include:

$150 Reservation Fee

$100 Cleaning Fee

$200 Damage Deposit (Returned upon satisfactory check out)

Hours of Operation for Rentals:
Monday-Thursday 10AM-10PM
Friday & Saturday 9AM-12Midnight
Sunday  10AM-10PM

The Clubhouse must be completely vacated and locked no later than the above ending times following your event to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.

All emails and phone messages are checked weekly on (Monday and Thursday). Phones with privacy directory or long distance numbers cannot be returned.
