Clubhouse availability for reservations is dependent upon community activities and scheduled events. In order to reserve the clubhouse you must be a homeowner of The Lakes at Cedar Grove or The Villages at The Lakes of Cedar Grove and in good standing with the Association. Clubhouse reservations are handled by the Clubhouse Reservations Committee. The Committee and/or the Board of Directors reserve the right to decline the use of the clubhouse at their discretion. Reservations are made in the order in which they are received and should be made no less than 2 weeks in advance.
At the time of reservation, a Reservation Form should be completed by the reserving party or the Clubhouse Committee along with the submission of the Reservation Fees. (For copies of these forms, access The Lakes at Cedar Grove’s website, www.thelakesatcedargrove.info or contact the Clubhouse Committee).
• Damage Deposit – The clubhouse will be inspected after the reservation. Upon inspection, if the clubhouse is found in the same condition in which it was presented, the deposit will be returned. However, if it is not, damages will be deducted from the deposit. Damages in excess of the deposit will be assessed to the reserving party. Damages include but or not necessarily limited to any violation of The Lakes at Cedar Grove’s Clubhouse Reservation Checklist. A few examples of damages may be, but are not limited to: damaged or missing furniture, furniture out of place, tape on walls or ceilings, damaged electronics (TV, stereo, DVD/CD player, and satellite terminal), trash not removed, security alarm not set, any charges for false alarms received from the alarm company, keys not returned in total at the agreed upon time. Reserving parties must provide one (1) chaperon for each ten (10) attendees less than 21 years of age. If 50% or more of the attendees are under the age of 21, a uniform police officer or uniform post certified officer must be in attendance for the duration of the event. |
