CGCA
The success of our work is measured by a single question: Are people better now than when we started? Neighbors:

On last night, April 19, 2011, many of you answered the call to support your community at the Fulton County Community Zoning Board meeting and I Thank you. To see that many of you take time out of your busy schedules and show your concern for the community was a proud moment for me but it's not over.

The Board voted to delay a decision for 30 days until Pastor John Oladokun provides a more open dialog with the community and provide more information concerning the use permit request. In order to be prepared within the 30 days, I have elected to start the General Body Community Meeting thirty (30) minutes earlier than scheduled. Our next General Body Meeting will be Monday, May 9, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will start promptly so please try your best to be on time. In the coming days, we anticipate updating you on when the next scheduled Zoning Board Meeting will be.

As a side note, there were a few residents who attended last night that did not know either the CGCA existed, our purpose or that so much was involved in what we do with Fulton County Government. Please understand that this is not an HOA. The Cedar Grove Community Association Overlay is here to deal only with County government and State government issues and you are apart of it.  To avoid this email becoming to lengthy, I would humbly ask that each one of you take time and forward this to a neighbor or bring them with you to our next meeting so we can better educate them on our purpose. We are here for you and the County wants you to be involved and claim your stake.

At the bottom of this email you have the opportunity to forward to a neighbor or update your profile so please help us, Lean Forward and ask yourself, what else can I do for my community after I forward this message and update my profile? I know it's not enough!
