Landscaping Committee, Kent Artis

The Mission of the Committee:
•    Observe, monitor, and make recommendations that will improve or enhance the preservation and beauty of the Lakes of Cedar Grove (LCG) community landscaping and common areas.
•    Sponsor events, and activities that will educate, train and inform the residents at the LCG on the overall upkeep and maintenance of the community common areas, and their residences.
•    Plan forums that will benefit and energize the residents to become more active in the community.

The Goals are:
•    Encourage homeowners in all sections of the community to become more actively involved in landscaping events, activities, and forums that will enhance and preserve the picturesque view of the community.

The Objectives are:
•    To monitor, and observe that the LCG community covenant guidelines and Fulton County regulations are being enforced throughout the subdivision.
•    Implement well organized events, activities, and forums to encourage homeowners to develop camaraderie with their neighbors on their streets and in the individual sections of the community.
