Residents: there is someone going through the neighborhood painting addresses on the curb below mailboxes in white paint...

.  They leave a white note on your mailbox asking neighbors if they would like their address displayed on the curb side under the mailbox and the note makes it seem like it is necessary to have this work done.  Whoever is doing the work charges $10.00.  This work is unauthorized.  If anyone knows who these people are please let me know.  They painted a large white block under my mailbox.   I didn’t give them permission to paint anything under my mailbox on the curb.  They shouldn’t be in the community painting on our curb without the proper authorization.   Please if you see anyone or know anyone who had this work done ask them if they know these people and if they have the contact information for these people. Please call me with this information.
